In case your new plant does not fit your expectations, please contact our customer support team and we will work together to find a solution for you.

 

If you received a damaged plant or pot, please contact us within 14 days at contact@versaillesplants.com, and provide your order details, pictures, and description. Our customer support team will assist you.

Please understand that plants are susceptible. Minor events may occur during the delivery, but your plant will fix itself and regrow a leaf or two that fell.

If you think you received an unhealthy plant, please describe the problem and add pictures when contacting our customer support. Our experts will try to understand the problem and determine whether the plant is getting the right care and conditions.

We will do our best to advise you on how to make your plant healthy again. If we can’t, we will happily supply you with a replacement or a refund.

If you believe you received a damaged plant and we cannot solve the problem, we will happily provide you with a replacement or a refund.

In case you regret your order and wish to use your right of cancellation within 14 days, please contact our customer team and they will instruct you how to proceed. In that case, it’s your responsibility to properly take care of the plant according to our care instructions.

 

Please make sure the product is well placed and adequately packed in his package before sending it. We can only accept returns of products that are sent in their original package We cannot take responsibility for damages that occur during the return shipment. Any damage that occurs to the plant in your home or during the return shipment (due to inadequate packaging) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please keep and send us the shipment receipt and details. Without it, we are unable to refund your shipping costs. If you were guided a refund from our customer support team, you would receive it to the payment method from which the order has been placed. Refunds usually occur within 14 business days. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you.
